I hope to be able to apply the courses I am taking along with Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning with the goal of the rescue and preservation of the Rapa Nui language. Although it is possible to find entities such as Google or CENIA that are developing applications and tools that use AI to rescue indigenous languages, there is an enormous potential in the near future to carry out research, develop and train models, or create applications for the preservation of the Rapa Nui language.
